Techub News, FIL is about to go live on F3 Mainnet, which will undergo a consensus layer upgrade and achieve fast finality, reducing the finalization time from 900 Block Heights to just around 2. This upgrade will bring faster transaction confirmations, enhanced Cross-Chain Interaction experience, more efficient lightweight user terminals, and streamlined data storage processes for storage providers. The F3 team is now conducting final stage preparation tests on the Mainnet and launching F3 using nv25. In early December 2024, the team will release the calibrated nv25 upgrade and deploy the final F3 code; in mid-December 2024, the user terminal will release the Mainnet nv25/F3 activation Block Height set; in January 2025, Mainnet nv25/F3 will be activated.
