#BTC Reviewing the early morning session, the overall market continues to pullback further, showing an adjustment pattern. Bitcoin, after encountering resistance near 94,000 in early trading yesterday, pulled back to around 90,500 in the early morning where it stopped falling and bounced, currently maintaining oscillation near the 91,000 level. Ethereum shows the same pattern as Bitcoin, with the early morning low pulling back to around 3,120 where it stopped falling. Currently, the oscillating market is still in an adjustment phase, focusing on bottom support signals.

From the current market perspective, after consecutive positive daily candles, the daily turned into negative candles to adjust the previous bullish volume. The daily closed with a solid bearish candle, but overall did not show a suction event after recent rallies, which suggests that previous pullbacks together showed certain bottom-building signals. This round of adjustment strength also held above the 90,000 level. Referencing Fibonacci and short-term gaps, around 90,500 remains strong support. If the market breaks below 90,500 to fill the gap, we need to watch the 50% key support level. Further pullback would shift to a bearish trend. Currently in minor timeframe adjustment, for future direction, whether short-term or medium to long-term, we can first adopt a strategy of buying on dips.
