In Germany, inflation-adjusted housing prices rose by 0.6% year-on-year in April.

Jin10 reported on May 11 that, according to calculations made by institutions using official data, the average price of existing home sales in Germany rose by 0.6% year-on-year in April after adjusting for inflation. The nominal home price increased by 2.7% year-on-year, while the inflation rate for the month was 2.1%. Real home prices have achieved an increase for the eighth consecutive month.
