Japanese polls show that Shigeru Ishiba's cabinet support rate has been below 30% for four consecutive months.

Jin10 data reported on June 30th that a recent opinion poll in Japan shows that the cabinet approval rating led by Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba is 24%, having been below 30% for four consecutive months. In the Japanese political arena, a cabinet approval rating below 30% is viewed by public opinion as entering "dangerous waters"; if it falls further below 20%, it is considered to be in the "resignation waters." According to Japanese media, if the current ruling coalition fails to secure a majority in the House of Councillors election on July 20, Shigeru Ishiba may lose the prime minister position.
