Dfinity launches a new platform based on ICP to address network security issues

PANews, June 27th news, according to Cointelegraph, the Dfinity Foundation has launched a new platform based on the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP), aiming to replace traditional network security measures. The platform is called Utopia and is designed for government entities and enterprise organizations as a private serverless cloud infrastructure. Utopia will enable secure operation of artificial intelligence (AI), allow local management of digital assets, and ‘enable governments to obtain sovereignty’. Utopia aims to address the increasing network threats by creating ‘large-scale enterprise computing’ that can prevent ‘unauthorized access, functional changes, data leakage, and ransomware installation’.
