South Korean Public Prosecutors' Office summons Yoon Seok-yul for investigation, lawyer says it may be difficult for him to appear for questioning on the 25th.
On December 25th, Jinshi Data News: Recently, the Korean Senior Civil Servants Crime Investigation Department requested that Korean President Wen Xiyue go to the office of the department on December 25th local time to accept the investigation. Lawyer Shi Dongxuan met with reporters in his office on the 24th and stated that Wen Xiyue believed that the conditions were not yet ripe and that the impeachment trial procedure of the Constitutional Court should precede the investigation. The basic determination of the trial procedure and Wen Xiyue's position as the respondent should be presented to the judge and the public before the investigation. Previously, the Crime Investigation Department requested Wen Xiyue to appear for questioning on the 18th, but Wen Xiyue did not appear as scheduled and refused to be questioned.
