TRUMP-5,4%

BlockBeats News, on January 22nd, ETF analyst Eric Balchunas from Bloomberg Consulting tweeted about the “Rex submitting DOGE ETF and TRUMP ETF”. He mentioned that these ETFs are both applications submitted under the 1940 Act, so (theoretically, if not rejected) they may be listed in early April (75 days after submission). It is reported that Eric Balchunas referred to the 1940 Act, which governs the assets and derivatives portfolio funds. Applications submitted under this Act can also enjoy a simplified 75-day review process. By leveraging this process, DOGE and TRUMP ETFs can be listed earlier than other filings (such as XRP and Solana ETFs), which require a cumbersome 240-day review process under Rule 19b-4.
