Stopping loss is really like breaking up, dragging it out without clarifying, in the end it's not reconciliation, but sinking deeper and having to pay "interest" (time, emotions, opportunity costs).

I used to love to fantasize: wait a bit longer, bounce back and then leave, but the more I waited, the more I couldn't bear to part, losing even more cleanly.
Now I prefer to keep it simple: once the position gets out of shape, or the fund flow is off, cut half first, at least I can sleep at night.
Recently, memes and celebrity calls have heated up again, newcomers are rushing in fiercely, I just say: don't treat your wallet like a wishing well, attention shifts quickly, and the last person usually isn't paying attention.
Survive first, then there will be a next time.
