Strategy submits 8-K form to the SEC, with terms related to Bitcoin sales as standardized risk disclosure.
According to Gate.io News bot, Wu Shuo reported that the Strategy submitted an 8-K form to the SEC on April 7, which included terms regarding the sale of Bitcoin. The terms mentioned that when the price of Bitcoin falls, the company must sell its Bitcoin holdings to repay debts.
Upon verification, this clause belongs to standardized risk disclosure content, which also appears in the 10-Q report of Strategy Q1 2024 ( and in reports from 2023 and earlier.
