Donald Trump's Son's Company Made a Groundbreaking Crypto Move! Aside from Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, and Four Surprising Altcoins Will Be Acquired!
Bitcoin (BTC) has started to attract interest as part of the treasury strategy, along with altcoins such as Ethereum, XRP, and Solana.
At this point, many companies are adding altcoins like ETH and XRP to their reserves, and the latest move came from Thumzup, in which the son of President Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., is also a shareholder.
In its official statement, the company announced that it would expand its Bitcoin-focused treasury strategy to include Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), XRP, and USDC.
6 Altcoins to Buy Besides Bitcoin!
Thumzup Media Corporation, a brand and social media marketing solutions provider listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange, announced that the Board of Directors has approved an expanded digital asset list for its cryptocurrency treasury strategy.
The company's board of directors has expanded its previous strategy that allows for up to 90% of its liquid assets to be held in Bitcoin.
Accordingly, the company will now hold DOGE, LTC, SOL, XRP, ETH, and USD Coin in addition to Bitcoin (BTC) in its reserves.
Thumzup also announced that President Donald Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr. owns 350,000 shares in the company, and these shares are worth approximately 4 million dollars at current prices.
Trump Jr. owning shares in Thumzup became the latest move by the Trump family towards investing in companies that follow cryptocurrency treasury strategies. Earlier in March, Eric Trump also joined the advisory board of Japanese firm Metaplanet, which follows in the footsteps of MicroStrategy and allocates a large portion of its corporate reserves to Bitcoin.
