In recent years of Cryptocurrency Trading, I have fallen into more pitfalls than I have crossed bridges. At my lowest point, I was heavily in debt, but I managed to pull through, and now I can say I'm somewhat well-off.
Having seen all the tricks of the market makers along the way, I've also come to understand a few ironclad rules. Just writing them down, if you can comprehend even one, you can avoid significant losses. If you truly master a few, you'll basically no longer be among the retail investors.
1. BTC is the leader; most altcoins cannot escape its rhythm. ETH can occasionally perform well on its own, but it's rare.
2. BTC and U are like a seesaw; when U is pulling up strongly, be cautious, as it is likely that BTC is about to reverse.
3. From 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM, there are often spikes. Before going to bed, casually place some greedy orders, and occasionally you can pick up some profit.
4. The time between 6 to 8 AM is quite critical. If it drops to the bottom in the first half of the night and continues to drop during this time, it may rise during the day; however, if it rises sharply in the middle of the night and continues to rise at this time, it is easy to see a peak during the day.
5. Be mindful at 5 PM, as Americans are waking up and there can often be sudden volume spikes, with many large ups and downs occurring at this time.
6. Friday market trends can be strange, with both drops and rises; it's not a hard rule, but when combined with news, it can accelerate.
7. Coins with trading volume are fearsome; if they really drop, just hold on and they will eventually come back. In three to five days, or a month. If you have U, add in batches; if you don't have any bullets, just wait, don't panic.
Cryptocurrency Trading is ultimately a battle of mindset, not a battle of skills. Don't always fantasize about buying at the bottom and selling at the top; surviving is the greatest advantage. The market will always charge tuition fees, you either pay with money or with time.
