From losing 8 million and having a debt of 1 million, to slowly rolling back with 2000U.

I entered the circle in 2016. With a combination of luck and strength, I started with 10,000 U and went from being a complete novice to having a net worth of over 8 figures in just a few years. I am someone who loves to learn. While others were charging in blindly, I was learning to read K-lines and paying attention to the operational logic of prominent figures at the time, verifying my own operational logic with increments of 100 U. Later, I might have gotten a bit carried away.
In 2023, I faced a major disaster in my life. I shorted TRB, and everyone in the circle knows that this trader is ruthless. I kept shorting all the way from 7U to a peak of 550U, making a total of 70 times. I stopped out twice in between, and then it was just emotional trading. On New Year's Day, it was my nightmare; TRB rose to around 200U, and I bet my entire fortune on shorting it. Then, in an instant, it skyrocketed to 555U. I remember that I seemed to have set a stop loss quite far, but it didn’t trigger. I!! Got liquidated!!
I want to quit the circle. In between, I have worked in a factory, delivered food, worked as a car washer, engaged in telemarketing, and sales.
The 20,000 U earned from working hard later is treated as a final gamble, not for betting, but for honestly reviewing, summarizing, and correcting oneself! Starting over.
This time I will only do one thing: roll over the positions and strictly follow the strategy.
2000U is divided into two parts, one for defense and one for offense.
Only trade in markets that I understand, take a profit of 5%-10% on each order and exit, never be greedy; cut losses immediately, never procrastinate; if there are no signals, stay in cash.
In the first week, rolled from 2000U to 4000U.
In the second week, over 10,000 U.
In the fifth week, I caught a trend and rolled it directly to over 40,000 U.
That night, I turned off my computer and sat there in a daze for a long time, not because of how much I had earned, but because for the first time, I felt a sense of reality: I really could turn things around.
I am not using any divine operation or insider information.
It's a very "dumb" rhythm strategy - no reckless charging, no heavy positions, maintaining the rhythm, and specifically targeting the market trends I understand.
The vast majority of people lose money, and the bottom line is just one word: chaos.
Rhythm is chaotic, emotions are chaotic, and plans are chaotic.
As long as you can maintain the rhythm, small funds can still turn around.
As for how I specifically roll? How do I choose points? Which markets can I trade in, and which markets must I stay in cash? Recover losses and increase my capital.
