#Strategy加码BTC配置 Market trends are really frustrating $bch —they just won't go down, but they won't go up either. Holding positions is mentally exhausting, watching the order book fluctuate back and forth, and the rhythm gets thrown off. Sometimes I think it's better to focus on long-term allocation rather than obsess over short-term fluctuations—easier said than done, as emotional attachment can easily take over during actual trading.

Holding BCH sideways like this is really frustrating. The promised long-term allocation results still involve watching the market every day.

Sideways trading is more torturous and uncomfortable than a crash. I should have let go of short-term trading long ago.

Choppy markets are the most nerve-wracking; BCH's sideways trading can really make people sick.

BCH consolidating like this is really nerve-wracking; the tighter the short-term view, the more uncomfortable it gets.

This BCH is really amazing, the king of sideways trading, a real tormentor.

The clearest when discussing long-term allocation, but as soon as I look at the market, I break my resolve haha.
---
Instead of worrying about rises and falls, better ask yourself why you haven't gotten in yet.
---
Feeling mentally exhausted +1, the tug-of-war tests patience the most, short-term fluctuations are really hard to understand.
---
I support adding more BTC, but BCH at this awkward position is really annoying.
---
The emotional manipulation hit home, knowing it's a long-term hold but always wanting to do something short-term.

I totally understand the awkwardness of BCH. Consolidation is the most torturous. Watching others surge makes me want to follow the trend, but then a wave crashes down and I regret it. It's really easy to get caught up and act impulsively.
