What is Talken?

Talken is a decentralized NFT multi-chain wallet supporting 13 public chains, including BTC, ETH, Solana, Polygon, and Avalanche. It offers NFT wallet services, airdrops, markets, and various NFT tools, making NFT operations more user-friendly.

K-Pop stars, artists, and social influencers (KOLs) can easily issue, collect, and trade NFTs on Talken. Its mission is to provide the most convenient one-stop NFT service, enabling anyone to access and trade NFTs safely and easily without specialized crypto knowledge.

Project Background

Talken is South Korea’s first NFT multi-chain wallet. It incorporated Kakao Talk into the registration process to appeal to Korean users, gaining significant popularity and building a strong user base and community influence. The core team consists of successful crypto entrepreneurs and experienced developers with over a decade of experience in traditional financial infrastructure. They have previously worked on Korea’s first investment portfolio management service, Coinmanager, and Clay.

The Talken Wallet is a versatile multi-chain NFT wallet that supports 13 blockchain magnets, such as Ethereum, Klaytn, Polygon, and Solana. It allows users to easily store and manage TALK tokens for governance and utility. The wallet includes a multi-chain Web3 browser that supports 8 blockchain magnets, including Ethereum, BNB, Polygon, and Solana, enabling direct use of Web3 services from these blockchains as assets within the Talken Wallet.

The Talken NFT Marketplace allows users to purchase the latest collections using cryptocurrencies and in-app payments from NFT creators. Talken Drops is an NFT Launchpad where users can easily purchase the latest collections using cryptocurrencies or in-app payments from NFT creators. Users can collect their favorite NFT collections using TALK tokens in Talken Drops. The transaction process is smooth and straightforward, with support for purchasing NFTs using credit cards, bank accounts, simple payment methods registered with Google and Apple, and cryptocurrencies.

Talken Reward Points

Users can earn rewards by trading NFTs in the Talken marketplace or inviting friends. These points can be converted to Wormhole TALK on the “Rewards” page based on Klaytn. The referral program is ongoing, and inviters will receive 0.5% of the sales amount in TALK, recorded as reward points.

Future Plans

In the first half of this year, Talken successfully introduced several new features, including the Talken reward points system, the Wormhole-based Talken Bridge, and the Talken Faucet service. In the second half, major releases are expected, such as the web-based Talken Wallet, Talken Governance community, and Talken DAO.
