#比特币对比代币化黄金 After spending a long time in the crypto market, I finally understood one thing:

Surviving long enough is more crucial than making money fast.

$LAB $TAKE $FHE

I was wild in the early years too.

Every fluctuation in the candlestick chart would make my heart race. If I wasn't opening a position, I felt like I was missing out on the whole world. Looking back now, the money I made from impulsive trades was eventually all given back to the market—with interest.

The turning point was when I learned to wait.

When the market doesn't meet my expectations, I'd rather do something else, watch some videos to relax, and not force my way in. Because the market never lacks opportunities; what’s lacking is a calm mind capable of seizing them.

There's another habit I have that might seem a bit odd:

I basically only focus on the charts after 9 p.m. The daytime market is too chaotic—false breakouts, wicks, all kinds of bull and bear traps happen one after another. Truly valuable trends usually become clear only after trading volume stabilizes.

When it comes to handling profits, I’ve found my own rhythm:

As soon as my account makes a profit, I immediately transfer part of it out. I’ve seen too many cases where people have impressive paper gains but struggle in real life. No matter how good the numbers look, if it's not in your pocket, it's just numbers.

Before opening a position, I force myself to check three dimensions: momentum strength, current level, and room above/below. If any aspect feels off, I give up immediately. Missing one opportunity is nothing, but one major mistake could take you out of the game.

I’m even stricter with stop losses, executing two plans.

When I’m at the computer, I use a trailing stop, adjusting the protection level as the price moves. If I’m going out or stepping away, I set a fixed stop-loss level and let the system execute automatically. How the market moves is its business; protecting my capital is my responsibility.

Every Friday at 3 p.m., I withdraw a portion of my profits.

This is a forced settlement mechanism. Account balances are just numbers; only money in hand counts as real profit.

A few hard-learned lessons:

High leverage is an accelerator—it speeds up gains and liquidations; small-cap coins have poor liquidity, rise fast and fall even harder; frequent trading isn’t skill, it’s a sign of emotional control loss.

The rules of this market are simple:

Those who stay calm steadily accumulate wealth; those always chasing overnight riches often end up starting over and over again.

If you’ve read this far, it means you’re trying to understand this market, not just hoping for a lucky gamble.

That alone already puts you ahead of most people.

Damn, that's so true. High leverage is just a suicide machine. I've seen too many people get liquidated in one go and go straight to GG.

I've also used the trick of watching the market at 9 PM, and it really helps avoid a lot of false breakouts.

The habit of only checking the market after 9 PM is brilliant; during the day, it really is all just noise.

To be honest, surviving is much harder than making quick money. This really hits home. --- It's all tears. Thinking back on those crazy moves I made in the early days still scares me. --- I also use the trick of only watching the charts after 9 PM. Those fake moves during the day can drive you crazy. --- "If the numbers look good but aren't in your pocket, they're just numbers." I need to tattoo this on my brain. --- I've seen too many people with millions on paper but broke in reality. You really need to withdraw regularly. --- High leverage is really poison. You'll understand after getting liquidated once. --- Calm people make money, while those chasing quick success keep starting over. That's just how the market is. --- I just want to ask, what's the annual return rate with this strategy? Its stability is really impressive.

Checking the charts only after 9 PM—this habit is really something. I've been fooled by those fake moves during the day way too many times. --- "Take profit when you can" is definitely not wrong, but I still feel it's a bit too conservative... But I have to admit, your system has actually made money. --- High leverage speeds up liquidation—I know this all too well. It took losing my account twice to really understand. --- Waiting is harder than trading. Every time I get itchy hands and want to open a position, and then... you know how it goes. --- Steady accumulation vs. getting rich overnight—that's the difference between a gambler and a trader. --- Withdrawing profits every Friday is like giving yourself insurance. I’ve learned something new. --- Looking at three dimensions before opening a position: momentum, level, space… This logic is clear, but executing it really takes discipline. --- Illiquid small-cap coins are dangerous. I lost a few thousand before I really understood how hard they can crash. --- Paper profits are a joke. Everyone I know lost money that way. --- There’s never a shortage of opportunities in the market. I always use this to comfort myself whenever I get stuck in a bad position.
