Ran a few tests with Klout lately. One thing hit me right away: matching your actual content style matters way more than I thought.



The tool surfaces trends that actually fit what you're already talking about. When I used hashtags it recommended based on my posting history, my engagement score jumped almost immediately. Threw in some random trending tags? Flat response. Zero movement.

What caught my attention: Klout seems to spot momentum shifts faster than most feeds. Had this small interview segment start gaining traction before it even showed up widely in my timeline. The algorithm picked up early signals I would've missed completely.

Relevance isn't just a buzzword here. It's doing actual work.
