Eliza Labs has just filed a lawsuit against X Corp of Elon Musk.
Eliza Labs, the company behind the open-source protocol elizaOS with a valuation of 2.5 billion USD, has just filed a lawsuit against X Corp. This startup accuses Elon Musk's platform of abusing its dominant position to appropriate their research成果 and then removing them from social media.
According to the lawsuit, X is alleged to have developed an AI product based on technical information obtained from Eliza, subsequently suspending both the company's account and the personal account of founder Shaw Walters.
