According to a Marketwatch report on July 24, Canadian information technology services company CGI plans to invest 1 billion Canadian dollars (about 756.3 million U.S. dollars) within three years to cooperate with customers to expand artificial intelligence services and solutions. CGI said the investment included expanding AI-related consulting services, AIizing delivery platforms and intellectual property, recruiting and training global staff, and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, it will accelerate investment in CGI PulseAI. CGI PulseAI is a hyperautomated, conversational artificial intelligence and decision engine platform that is used in CGI's own operations.
