LayerZero: Will initiate the third fee switch voting on December 20

This vote occurs every six months and aims to let holders decide whether to activate the protocol fee switch. If approved, the protocol fees will be used to repurchase and burn ZRO. The voting window is from December 20 at 0:00 to December 27 at 0:00. The quorum requirement is 40.59% of circulating ZRO, which is 230 million ZRO eligible to vote. If the quorum is met, more than 50% of the votes must be in favor for the proposal to pass. LayerZero Labs, LayerZero Foundation, and related affiliates will abstain.
