Vanguard Group, BlackRock and Deutsche Bank, among others, will be eligible to vote on Microsoft's "Evaluation of BTC Investment"

Golden Finance reported that Microsoft’s filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the United States showed that the company’s shareholders’ meeting on December 10 will vote on the “Evaluation of BTC Investment”. Shareholders such as Vanguard, BlackRock, and JPMorgan Chase will be eligible to vote on the proposal. According to the proposal, it is suggested to study BTC regarding Cobertura, Inflation, and other macroeconomic impacts, but there are reports that Microsoft’s board of directors recommends shareholders to vote against the proposal.
