Data 10 November 21, Xiamen Xiangyu announced on November 19 that Xiamen Xiangyu Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company, as the preferred investor in the series of enterprises reorganization of Liaoning Zhongwang Group Co., Ltd., plans to jointly invest in Zhongwang Group’s main aluminum assets and other reorganization assets with other investors. The company intends to participate as an industrial investor. Xiamen Xiangyu stated that Xiamen Xiangyu Group is still the leading party in the reorganization of Zhongwang Group, and the company only participates as an industrial investor with a small stake. As the company’s business also involves the aluminum supply chain, participating in the reorganization of Zhongwang Group is beneficial for future industry synergy.
