Gate News bot message, according to a report by The Information, Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI has completed a financing round totaling $10 billion, with funding coming from both debt and equity financing. This financing was advised by Morgan Stanley as the debt transaction advisor. Earlier, Bloomberg reported that Morgan Stanley is engaging with multiple investors to seek pairing for a $5 billion debt issuance for xAI.
