隨著歐盟《加密資產市場條例》（MiCA）在 2024 年正式落地，歐元穩定幣迎來了久違的成長週期。數據顯示，MiCA 實施後的 12 個月內，主要歐元穩定幣市值同比增長超過 100%，徹底扭轉此前的下滑趨勢。到 2025 年中，歐元穩定幣總市值已接近 5 億美元，月度交易量也從不足 4 億美元躍升至 38 億美元，EURC 與 EURCV 成為增長主力。
從表面看，歐元穩定幣正在迅速“復興”，歐洲加密貨幣市場似乎迎來了更好的流動性環境。然而，真正影響交易者執行價格的關鍵問題，卻隱藏在交易場所和訂單簿結構之中。
研究數據顯示，歐元穩定幣市場的快速擴張，並非完全源自新增需求，而更多是監管推動下的市場重組。MiCA 明確合規門檻後，交易所集中下架不符合要求的產品，合規歐元穩定幣的市場份額迅速提升，一度超過 90%。但與此同時，整體歐元穩定幣的周交易量並未同步回到歷史高位，說明“份額增長”並不等同於“真實流動性增加”。
對比比特幣和以太坊的歐元交易來說，執行質量的改善更多來自流動性高度集中，而非穩定幣本身的繁榮。數據顯示，BTC-EUR 在全球比特幣法幣交易中的占比已接近 10%，顯著高於過去水平。但這些交易量高度集中在少數平台，其中四家 CEX 合計佔據超過 85% 的歐元交易量，其中 Bitvavo 一家就接近一半。
這種集中帶來的結果是：頭部交易所的買賣價差顯著收窄，部分平台的 BTC-EUR 平均點差低至 2–3 個基點，而其他平台仍高於 20 個基點。市場深度同樣如此，優質平台能夠承接大額交易而不顯著沖擊價格，但長尾交易所的執行成本依然偏高。
歐元穩定幣的真正價值，在於降低資金調撥和跨平台再平衡的摩擦，尤其是在銀行轉帳受限或非工作時段。但它們並不會自動改善所有 BTC-EUR 或 ETH-EUR 交易對的滑點。穩定幣交易活躍的平台，未必是現貨執行質量最優的平台，這種“交易場所缺口”正是許多交易者忽視的風險。
總體來看，MiCA 在第一年確實實現了監管目標：規則更清晰、產品更合規、歐元穩定幣重新具備可擴展性。但對交易者而言，歐洲加密貨幣流動性的改善，更像是集中在少數“宜居島嶼”，而非全面升級。真正決定執行價格的，依然是交易所選擇、市場深度和流動性分布，而不是單純的穩定幣市值增長。
