Mars Finance News: On April 10, Glencore announced the acquisition of a 45% stake in a recycling and remelting plant near Charleston, South Carolina, USA. Previously, Glencore had provided funding for the plant in exchange for marketing rights, with the remaining 55% held by Alumicore, which will also be responsible for the plant’s operations.
