Logically, with the U.S. government potentially shutting down, institutions may be manipulating the market to dump. I estimate that there will be some bad news coming out from the U.S. soon, so I think it's wise to observe. If it can't break through the new high, it will drop immediately. Moreover, historically, when BTC breaks through a new high, do you think the pullback is sufficient? Not even half of it is enough.
