Abstract generation in progress

Ripple and XRPL have expanded their regulated use cases in Brazil's structured credit market, with VERT Capital completing a $40 million pension-backed receivables tokenization issuance using XRPL and its EVM sidechains. This move continues Ripple's previous cross-border payment initiative in Latin America and aligns with its strategy to position XRPL as a platform for tokenized assets. The transaction involves an FIDC fund, which is considered low-risk due to its connection to Brazil's federal pension system, and its size could grow to $190 million as institutional demand increases. Additionally, as part of Ripple's Regulatory Sandbox project in Brazil, this collaboration also launched VERT Sign, a blockchain-based tool for on-chain automation and compliance purchasing.
