Of course, any new mechanism comes with risks, such as whether the early judgment criteria are truly fair, and whether "professional farmers" will exploit loopholes later on; this requires time to verify. But at least the direction is correct: there are plenty of quick money opportunities in encryption, but what is lacking is a mechanism that can make "time work in your favor."
