This mindset is quite prevalent in the community—those with higher returns are seen as more visionary, and those with bigger projects appear more superior. It seems like everyone is competing with each other, using numbers and achievements to prove themselves. This tendency to compare actually has a pretty negative impact on the ecosystem atmosphere, easily turning a community that should be about mutual learning into just a simple leaderboard of accomplishments.

This is just the current state of the crypto world—whoever makes more money is considered the boss. Honestly, it's about lacking security and having to boast to fill the gap. A typical KPI culture has invaded Web3. It was about time someone exposed this facade. The stronger the mentality, the more competitive the community becomes, and the project dies faster. Is making money more important or is the ecosystem more important? Has anyone really thought about it? Anyway, I'm tired of the daily complaints about coin hitting the daily limit and making ten times profit. These people have forgotten the meaning of collaboration. If the community turns into a ranking list, then it’s no longer interesting. True vision isn't about how much profit you make, but how far you can see.
