DecibelTrade has been gaining quite a bit of attention in the community recently. At first, I didn't pay much attention—another perpetual DEX on Aptos, nothing special. It wasn't until I looked deeper into the analysis that I realized this project's background is indeed unusual.
After carefully studying the data and project direction, I found it quite interesting. The direct support and involvement from Aptos official is already quite uncommon. Plus, with no VC involvement, a strong team execution capability, and a carefully designed incentive mechanism, the combination is indeed somewhat compelling. The project team is clearly serious about this, not just going through the motions. Such a setup in the Perp DEX track can definitely be considered a competitive player.
