The weekend ZEC trend is an excellent textbook example.
Many people ask how to determine whether a key level is a true breakout or a false breakout. It's actually not that complicated. A strong market doesn't drag on — the real rise or fall is right there, and the next candlestick immediately gives you feedback. It won't make you wait, nor will it give you the chance to hesitate repeatedly.
Conversely, all false breakouts share a common characteristic: insufficient momentum. This is very intuitive; just look at the performance of the next few candlesticks — whether it continues to break through or gets pushed back, the chart will tell you. That's why some people can always hit the right timing, while others always buy at high levels. The difference is in this ability to read people.
