Argentina's approach was actually forced out; they didn't really want to use crypto, but their local currency is too weak. Peanut's QR code solution is indeed clever, but ultimately it still depends on whether the fee rates can be competitive. tbh peanut's mercado pago integration is literally just arbitraging the fiat rails... mempool of payment flows wide open lol. real alpha isn't the stablecoin itself, it's watching who gets sandwiched between usd spreads and local peso volatility. lemon & ripio building the financial moat, that's the play nobody talks about
