Can you make money by炒冷饭? I think it's more about the risk of losing money. The Dog King stuff has already been thoroughly exposed; just changing the surface and trying to harvest a new round of inexperienced investors? The market isn't that naive, really.

Retro memes can go viral, but the hype around Dog King and similar pump-and-dump schemes... frankly, it's just cutting new leeks.
