I recently encountered an issue with trading operations and would like to ask everyone for advice. I opened a short position at the price of 92100, and later at 89000, I opened a second short position. As a result, the system automatically merged these two orders, and the average opening price became 91277. To be honest, I intended to hold these two positions separately, but they were merged, and the position structure changed. Can anyone explain what is going on? Is this the default logic of the exchange, or is it a problem with my account settings? Why would orders in the same direction be forcibly merged?
