Many people overlook a key fact about Ethereum.

No matter how the crypto industry expands or how trading volumes multiply, Ethereum's core position in on-chain economics has never wavered. It provides liquidity, builds trust, and supports the largest ecosystem protocols — all of which depend on the underlying asset ETH.

Just look at the current data.

Approximately $330 billion in economic activity runs on Ethereum. Sounds huge, right? But the market cap of ETH itself is $350 billion — a premium of only 1.06 times. In other words, this asset supporting the entire on-chain economy is priced entirely based on a "zero growth in the future" assumption. An asset backing an economy of this scale, yet leaving no room for future premiums.

If crypto truly evolves into a mature economic system, then relative to its current transaction volume and the future expansion potential, ETH's valuation might still be too cheap.

From a macro perspective, Ethereum's economic scale has already surpassed the GDP of real countries like Qatar, New Zealand, and Puerto Rico. Can a virtual economy reach this level? Does the underlying asset really need to be so understated?

Wait, a 1.06x premium? That logic doesn't make sense. We're still holding at the bottom now.

Wait, a 1.06x premium? Doesn't that mean ETH is now priced the same as zero growth? Feels like it's seriously undervalued...

1.06x premium and you dare to say it's cheap? Wake up, buddy. Does this logic hold up? Wait, is this data real? Why do I feel something's off? Alright, let's assume ETH is undervalued. When do we take off then? It's that same "what the future holds" narrative again, hearing it so much my ears are getting calloused. The comparison with Qatar's GDP is truly outrageous, but I like this crazy imagination. Isn't this logic reversed? A low price indicates the market is pessimistic, not cheap. A 1.06x premium and you still boast it's undervalued? Most chains don't get this treatment. According to this logic, all L1s should skyrocket? Why is reality so face-slapping? Now claiming Ethereum is cheap? Wait for the next dip, you'll be crying then. Damn, you're trying to get me to add to my position again, huh? Last time I listened to you, I lost 40%.

A premium of only 1.06 times? How low-key is that? ETH probably hasn't finished price discovery yet.
