ZEC recently broke through the 548 level with a violent surge. On the surface, it seems to be a rebound in the privacy coin narrative, but from a technical perspective, risk signals are already quite evident.
The RSI soared to 84. What does this number indicate? The market is seriously overbought. The price also broke out of the upper Bollinger Band, and such extreme deviation usually cannot last long. More notably, although trading volume surged, the movements of large addresses reveal some secrets—smart money might be quietly exiting at high levels.
This upward move doesn't resemble a healthy slow bull market. It looks more like a precise emotional ignition—retail investors chasing highs while large traders are already planning how to exit. The fierce battle between bulls and bears clearly indicates that the market hasn't formed a true consensus. The current gains are mainly driven by short-term funds and emotional collisions.
If you hold ZEC and have made profits, staying clear-headed is crucial at this moment:
**First, set stop-loss and take-profit orders.** Don't let greed blind you.
**Second, consider reducing your position gradually.** Better to earn a little less than to get caught in a trap.
**Third, remember a harsh fact—only the money actually in your account belongs to you.** Paper gains are often fragile in the face of volatility.
Don't wait until a pullback to regret. Market cycles are normal, but your principal can't withstand too much turbulence.
