#Brothers playing U, listen up. In case you're invited for a "tea" one day, don't panic. It's basically about these three hurdles. Think it through in advance, and you'll have a clear idea when the time comes.

The first hurdle, an immediate warning: "Virtual currencies are not protected by law, do you know that?"
Don't get caught off guard. This needs to be looked at separately. Lack of legal protection doesn't mean you're breaking the law. It means that transactions between willing parties are unregulated; no one will interfere. But if something goes wrong, like you get scammed, the police can't help you recover your coins. So, just openly acknowledge that you understand this risk and are willing to bear it.
The second hurdle, the core issue: "If you receive dirty money, why should you return it?"
Remember, this is not negotiable; it's procedural. Once the money hits your account and is classified as involved in fraud, you must follow the process. How much to return and how to return it leaves room for negotiation. You can talk to the other party or even communicate directly with the victim. As long as an agreement is reached, there's hope for unfreezing your account. Don't resist stubbornly; it's pointless.
The third hurdle, and the most concerning: "If you don't cooperate, will you get a criminal record? Can you still use other cards?"
As long as your attitude is good, all documents are provided, and you can prove your money is clean, you usually won't be penalized or have your other cards affected. But there's a key point you need to understand clearly:
Level 1 involved account: This is the worst, equivalent to being blacklisted jointly by the bank and public security. All your accounts could be affected.
Level 2 involved account: The impact is much smaller, mainly freezing this particular account.
Finally, a key point:
Playing U is dancing in the gray area. Don't treat it like shopping on Taobao. Regardless of the size of the transaction, the source of funds and the other party's information must be thoroughly verified. Remember one thing: never touch money with an unclear origin. Don't risk your accounts and reputation for small profits—that's the real loss.
