Today is Misty City!

I took a different route to climb up, an hour in total, moving at a pace that was both fast and slow, and I happened to capture the photo below.

I've been here many times, but because it was the first time I saw the bridge wrapped in thick fog, and watched the fog gradually dissipate, I still find it very beautiful and feel very relaxed inside, even with a sense of sudden clarity.

Walking 10,000 steps a day is not the goal; it's about being mindful and experiencing the process. Easton’s "The Scarcity Brain" constantly reminds us: humans need to explore uncertainty, novelty, and experience different things to maintain long-term passion, creativity, and a peaceful, stable mindset.

So, besides exercise, if you can also pay attention to new changes around you and notice things you didn’t see last time, it’s very beneficial for your attention, creativity, and physical and mental health.

Over time, you will feel very relaxed!
