#RWA代币化 Wait, I just saw a term: "RWA tokenization"🤔 What does that really mean? It sounds very fancy...

Then I saw a news report that EquiLend invested in a company called Digital Prime, apparently to connect a $40 trillion asset pool??? $40 trillion, I can't even count that high😅

From a literal perspective, it seems like turning real-world assets (like stocks, bonds, and other traditional financial instruments) into tokens and trading them on the blockchain? But what are the benefits of doing this? Does it mean faster, more transparent transactions?

What shocked me the most is that traditional financial giants are taking the initiative! It feels like everyone used to say traditional finance and the crypto world are opposed, but now they are starting to cooperate. Does this mean the trend of tokenization is really gaining momentum?

Can some experts explain why traditional financial companies suddenly are so interested in RWA? Are they genuinely optimistic about this sector, or just testing the waters? I’m a bit confused about what this means for us ordinary investors... 🧐
