The key to the development of Bitcoin ecosystem DeFi lies in two major factors: interoperability and programmability.

Recently, Omnity launched a Bitcoin cross-chain infrastructure solution that is focused on solving these two core issues. On the interoperability layer, its cross-chain design has already supported the integration and operation of several popular Bitcoin DeFi applications. In the competition for programmability, the solution is also actively advancing, aiming to establish a more flexible on-chain programming environment to give DApp developers greater room for innovation.

From a technical architecture perspective, the level of completeness of such infrastructure directly affects the expansion potential of the Bitcoin DeFi ecosystem.

Can Omnity really work? It feels like just another scheme to hype concepts...

Interoperability and programmability are valid points, but whether Omnity is reliable depends on future real data. Don't just praise the architecture; it would be awkward if it ends up as a failure.

Interoperability is indeed the bottleneck, but can Omnity do it? Let's wait and see.

Omnity's recent move is okay, but interoperability has always been a pain point for Bitcoin DeFi. Hopefully, it won't turn out to be all talk and no action in the end.
