There was a time when the rules seemed clear: show up, put in the work, stick around, and good things would follow. Pensions actually meant something. Job security wasn't a joke. Real estate just kept climbing. If you played by the rules, the system rewarded you.

But that social contract? It's basically gone.

Wow, doesn't this mean that our generation is being cut for the last time... Social security and pensions have long been a joke, and housing prices are even more hopeless.
