Whether the long-term value of a token can sustainably grow largely depends on the mechanism design. The combination of token burning and dividends essentially constructs a self-reinforcing ecological cycle—burning continuously reduces supply, while dividends provide actual returns to holders.

The brilliance of this mechanism design lies in the fact that the more participants there are and the more active the ecosystem becomes, the more obvious the value release. Early OG users who enter the market can witness the entire ecosystem from inception to maturity and are the first to enjoy the mechanism's benefits. As these tokens gradually become flagship projects of the platform, they will inevitably attract more attention, creating a virtuous cycle.

Historically, those long-standing projects have remained resilient because their mechanisms are robust enough. The burn + dividend model not only incentivizes early supporters but also provides clear expectations for later participants. If the team executes properly, this type of token can indeed continue to create value for holders in the long run.

Burning + dividends sound good, but few projects can actually execute them properly. Entering early is definitely exciting, but the real question is how to maintain the enthusiasm later on... No matter how robust the mechanism is, it can't withstand team misconduct, which is the key. It sounds nice, but ultimately it depends on whether there are real dividends in cash; anyone can issue a blank check.

Well said, but the real issue is execution.

Burning + dividends are indeed a trick, but it depends on who is running the show... Very few projects truly survive.

Burning + dividends sound good, but I just want to ask... can it really be executed properly? There have been many projects in history that sound nice but didn't deliver.

Sounds good, but the key still depends on whether the team has real execution capability. Too many projects fail because of the phrase "the mechanism is perfect."

That's right, the combination of destruction and dividends is indeed the key to long-term profit.

Destroying + dividend strategies are indeed ruthless, but the key is whether the team will slack off. Everyone says OG is awesome, so newcomers should suffer heavy losses? Not necessarily... No matter how perfect the mechanism, the supply will eventually reach zero. What will we do then? Historically, the projects that survive are all relying on genuine ecological demand. Don't expect to save them just by destroying. Where are the dividends? Show them to us first.

Sounds good, but how many projects actually follow through in practice? Most just take the profits and run.

Sounds good, but I just want to ask—how many projects actually "execute effectively" in the end? Most are just pie-in-the-sky promises; the tokens are burned, and dividends haven't been seen. The key still depends on the team and community; no matter how beautiful the mechanism is, it's useless.
