Experts: Large Institutions Still Not Fully Entering the Market


Ferraioli further pointed out that currently, ETF funds mainly come from financial advisors and some institutional investors, while pension funds and large conservative asset management firms are still on the sidelines. As long as the regulatory environment becomes clearer, the potential incremental capital scale still has room for imagination.

On the other hand, Gerry O’Shea, Head of Global Market Analysis at Hashdex, believes that if there is a shift in U.S. monetary policy (such as a rate cut expectation) or progress in cryptocurrency legislation in the coming weeks, the related positive news could be further amplified through ETF channels, becoming a new wave of market catalysts.
