Recently, I discovered an interesting project in the Sui ecosystem storage track—Walrus Protocol. It seems to have hit the pain points of Web3 storage perfectly.

Honestly, I’ve tried quite a few on-chain storage solutions before, and the experience was really disappointing. Either the costs were ridiculously high, or the speed was painfully slow, and handling small files was very inefficient. This project uses RedStuff encoding technology to do something different—reducing storage costs to about half of the original, and thoroughly optimizing the packaging of small files, making the upload experience significantly smoother and more seamless.

From a token perspective, the $WAL design isn’t just a pure speculative tool. The staking mechanism is decent, providing continuous reward income—like earning passively. Even more interesting is the community voting rights; token holders can participate in decision-making about the ecosystem’s direction. This mode truly treats users as stakeholders, not just a simple capital pool.

Currently, ecosystem applications are integrating quite quickly, and the DApp ecosystem is expanding. Whether for pure token holding or participating in node operations, it seems there are opportunities to benefit from this wave of dividends. The Sui ecosystem has been quite active over the past two years, and the capacity of the storage track is being redefined. If you’re interested, it’s definitely worth paying attention.

Walrus really has some potential; cutting costs in half is no small feat. Quality projects are not like those purely for quick profits. The dividends are indeed worth waiting for, but you still need to be cautious about the risks of early-stage projects. The track is right; it all depends on whether the team can execute. Staking and earning passively sounds comfortable, but don't be tempted by yields and rush in. This wave of Sui is definitely making moves; there's imagination in the storage track.

The storage solution with red half-price, now that's what Web3 is all about. RedStuff's encoding really cuts costs in half. The optimization for small files is quite comfortable, finally no more enduring those snail-paced uploads. Staking + voting rights show that users are being taken seriously, not just pure profit extraction. Quick DApp integration indicates market recognition—pretty interesting.

I need to verify this cost halving thing, or else it will become another story of a "revolutionary breakthrough"...

Half-price storage costs? Gotta try it out. Those previous schemes were really frustrating. Walrus's RedStuff encoding is indeed impressive; small files finally don't have to wait to die. $WAL staking for passive income + voting rights— I approve of this design, it's not just pure profit-taking. I've been keeping an eye on the Sui ecosystem; storage is definitely a blue ocean. Can go all in.

Here are several comments with different styles: 1. The half-price cost claim of Walrus is indeed tempting, but how stable is RedStuff's coding technology? Can it really hold up? 2. The passive earning mechanism sounds good, but I'm worried it might be another trap scheme. Let's wait and see. 3. The storage track indeed has large capacity, but with so many projects competing on Sui, why can Walrus survive until the end? 4. I like the staking reward mechanism; at least it's not just a pure money-grabbing scheme. 5. The fast DApp integration speed is just superficial; the key is whether the ecosystem has real business scenarios. 6. Honestly, investing in storage projects is high risk; unless the team has a strong background, better to stay away. 7. File size optimization is a real pain point, but price wars will start sooner or later. When that happens, use whoever is cheaper. 8. I give full marks to the community voting rights design; this is the real feeling of a DAO. 9. The Sui ecosystem has been hot recently, but storage is still a niche, and its popularity is worrying. 10. The half-price cost is just for listening; in actual use, there will definitely be various hidden costs.

Costs are cut in half directly, small files processed in seconds. This is the kind of work Web3 should be doing, finally no longer enduring those snail-paced solutions. --- Staking that allows you to earn passively really got me interested. $WAL's design concept is indeed different, not the typical money-grabbing approach. --- Sui is really gaining momentum in this track. Walrus's positioning is quite good, and the dividend period might last longer than expected. --- I need to study the RedStuff encoding. It feels like this is the real pain point that the storage track should address. --- The community voting rights are well implemented, at least not entirely a role to be exploited, giving a bit of participation. --- I agree with the optimization of small files; those previous solutions were indeed hard to describe. --- Dual-line operation of token stacking + nodes. The Sui ecosystem might really have something here. --- Not just a simple fundraising scheme. I give Walrus extra points for that. Finally, I see something a bit different.

Cost directly cut in half, this RedStuff coding is really fierce, finally someone has made on-chain storage smooth Staking for passive income plus voting rights, the $WAL logic is much better than a bunch of vapor projects The Sui ecosystem storage dividend this wave feels like a must-not-miss
