Morgan Stanley's move is quite aggressive—becoming the first major US bank to apply for spot Bitcoin and Solana ETFs, directly pressuring the SEC. How significant is this? Looking back at history, no top-tier bank has ever stepped into this game before; fund giants like BlackRock and Valkyrie have been leading the charge solo.

Why is this news causing such a stir? Simply put, it's about money. If the ETF gets approved, ordinary investors will be able to buy BTC and SOL just like stocks. This isn't about small retail investors; it's about genuine institutional capital entering the market. The scale of funds involved is entirely different. Logically, if the SEC gives the green light, Bitcoin and Solana could see a wave of institutional inflows. But the key word is "if"—when will the SEC be kind enough? Last year, ProShares' Bitcoin ETF application was outright rejected, and there's been no news since.

Looking at the reality, there are risks: First, no one can predict the SEC's stance; they've been very selective with crypto ETFs. Second, even if approved, the market might only experience a short-term hype before settling down—while the crypto market is hot, its size is still small compared to traditional finance. Third, the hype itself can be dangerous—don't get carried away by emotions. You need to see if genuine funds are flowing in, or it could turn into a rollercoaster—remember the last time BTC surged then fell back?

From another perspective, if this really happens, it's like Wall Street bigwigs suddenly deciding to play "fusion cuisine"—mixing traditional finance with crypto. Soon, even grandma might be able to buy Bitcoin directly through her brokerage app. But don't forget: investing involves risks, and caution is essential. It's easy to get excited by the news, but think carefully before actually entering the market.

Morgan Stanley is betting that the SEC will compromise, but I bet the SEC will still turn a deaf ear. Speaking of which, if institutional funds really come in, retail investors will have to rush to get on board or wait for a pullback?

Morgan Stanley's move is indeed bold, but when have those SEC folks ever been reassuring... However, if they do approve it, it would definitely be a turning point.

Morgan Stanley's move is really bold, but when will those SEC folks ever get it together? Still, let's wait and see.

Morgan Stanley's move is really aggressive, but whether SEC can get over this hurdle still depends on fate.

Morgan Stanley's actions are indeed significant, but will the SEC really approve? Anyway, I don't expect much; it just looks like they're blowing bubbles.

Morgan Stanley has finally become restless, now the SEC should be worried, haha --- Honestly, I'm just afraid it will be another false alarm. The SEC's behavior has been transparent for a long time --- Once institutional funds come in, do retail investors still have a chance? This is the real game rule change --- Short-term speculation is fine, but don't expect to change the world. The crypto space is only so big --- Big bank applications don't guarantee approval. I bet five bucks that the SEC will still drag their feet for a year or two --- If it really happens, even my mom can buy Bitcoin. My own mom still asks me what blockchain is --- Don't get carried away by this news. Watching whether funds truly flow in is the key; otherwise, just prepare for a roller coaster ride --- This is the first time in history that a major bank has jumped into this. Just this fact is worth paying attention to, but not worth going all in

Morgan Stanley's move is indeed ruthless, but I really can't see through the SEC folks. It feels like just another empty joy.
