The modern employment system is essentially UBI in disguise.

Think about it: tons of jobs don't generate real value. Workers clock in, stay busy with busywork, never get time to develop skills that actually matter. The system keeps people occupied so they won't question the status quo or pursue anything that threatens existing power structures.

Corporate structures, middle management positions, administrative roles—many exist solely to maintain the machine itself, not to create anything meaningful. People are trapped in a cycle: earn a paycheck just stable enough to keep them dependent, but never enough to break free.

This is why crypto communities care about this. Decentralized systems, token economies, and alternative income streams represent a way out of this manufactured scarcity. When UBI becomes real and education becomes accessible, the productivity paradox disappears. Real talent and innovation emerge. Until then, we're all just funding a system that profits from our cognitive stagnation.

Bro, what you're saying really hits a lot of people's nerves. The middle management part is spot on, a bunch of screws spinning around each other. Web3 is indeed a way out, but it's still a bit early. Wait a minute, think about it the other way around, can UBI really save us? Or is it just another scam? As for working for a living, honestly, it's still a choice of no choice. If you ask me, most people now don't even have the courage to resist. The hope that crypto gives us sometimes feels pretty虚的. But it's still better than suffocating.

Middle management is really a joke, I almost can't stand to watch it anymore. --- The system only gets panicked on the day ubi is implemented; right now, it's still just a dream. --- Exactly right, working for a paycheck is just a legal way to trap you. --- How do we go about the path of decentralized income, everyone? --- Designed scarcity—no wonder the more effort I put in, the poorer I get. --- All genuine innovation is suppressed by the system; this is something that blockchain needs to break through. --- Actually, some people are making money off our fatigue, which is a bit disgusting. --- Wait, wait, wait—those alternative income sources are still not mature. --- So I’m all in on crypto now; instead of waiting for ubi, I’d rather save myself. --- A punch card machine is just another way of saying imprisonment. --- The problem is, education isn’t easy to popularize, and the power class won’t willingly relinquish authority. --- I’ve looked into token economics, and it doesn’t seem that ideal after all. --- Wake up, wake up—now I finally understand what I’ve been backing up.

Uh... Middle management is really the cancer of the entire system, I totally agree. --- Web3 is the true way out; traditional employment is just a cage. --- Wages will never keep up with the cost of living; this system indeed has problems. --- Exactly, we're all just working for robots. --- UBI+ and encryption are the only ways to truly unleash productivity. --- Disruptive innovation still depends on decentralization; traditional systems have become rigid. --- Wake up, everyone. Most of your jobs are worthless, just being used as corporate slaves. --- The era of token economy has arrived. Who still wants to be cut again like a chive? --- That's why I go all in on crypto; I don't want to work for others anymore. --- Earning just enough to get by, never turning things around, pure control tactics.
