These days, after wisdom teeth removal, I realize that being able to enjoy a good meal is already a happiness; when I can't sleep or feel unwell, I understand how precious a peaceful sleep truly is; when gastrointestinal issues arise, or as we age, even satisfying physiological needs can become a form of fulfillment.

Many things we used to take for granted are actually silently supporting our lives. Sunshine, air, and a gentle breeze—these seemingly ordinary existences—really become luxuries when our health declines and energy diminishes.

People are always used to chasing farther, bigger, better things, but often overlook what they already have at this moment. In fact, many beauties have always been nearby, just too close, so close that they are easily ignored. Being able to realize this in itself is a kind of luck. Cherishing the present is already a rare gift.
