Most losses in trading are not due to market downturns, but because of poor decision-making.

Before placing an order, ask yourself these questions:

Is your position structure clear? Are there multiple technical resonances? Is your entry point well-defined? Where is your stop loss? Is the position size reasonable? The expected reward-to-risk ratio should be at least 1:2 to be worth participating.

The last point is also the most important—don't be swayed by FOMO, don't think about revenge trading, and don't let emotions dominate your trading. These are common reasons for account shrinkage.

Create a trading framework for yourself and stick to it strictly. The market is always there, and opportunities are too. But your capital is only one.
