A year-end review of some predictions for the 2026 crypto market made in early December.

I am optimistic about the direction of traditional financial tokenization. Several leading exchanges have already launched Tradfi-type assets, and the pace of US stock tokenization is accelerating. The on-chain trend of gold, foreign exchange, and commodities is明显. This is not just a concept; the actual application deployment has exceeded expectations.

Another significant change is in the privacy coin sector. Previously, ZEC was the代表 in this field, but in the past half month, XMR, ZEN, and DASH have shown明显强势. The demand for privacy protection continues to rise, and the market认可度 of related assets is rapidly increasing.

Looking at it this way, two out of the four main forecasts at the beginning of the year have already been validated within just half a month. The market's response speed is indeed faster than expected.

I'm optimistic about the tokenization of Tradfi. I didn't expect it to land so quickly; on-chain integration of US stocks is really coming. Privacy coins suddenly gained popularity. ZEC, this guy, is a bit awkward haha. With such a high prediction accuracy, the next trend probably has also been spotted by you guys. This wave of Tradfi is the real big narrative, much more reliable than those flashy things. Two validations in half a month, 2026 is going to be crazy... There's something interesting with XMR; the demand for privacy is indeed exploding. But I still feel it's early. It might take a bit longer before it becomes truly widespread.

Tokenization of traditional finance indeed advanced faster than expected. I’ve been optimistic about the tokenization of US stocks for a long time, and now it’s really taking off. The sudden surge in privacy coins is quite surprising; XMR is really strong this time. Two of your four predictions from earlier this year have already been validated; your forecasting ability seems pretty good. What about the other two? Privacy needs should have been prioritized earlier; regulatory comments have been suppressing it too harshly. Once US stock tokenization is fully implemented, that will be a real major event. I haven’t paid much attention to the tokenization trend before, but now I kind of regret that. How did ZEC get pushed out? Is it liquidity issues or something else?
