Gelonghui, March 5 — Wednesday (March 4), at the close of New York trading, the yield on the 10-year U.S. Treasury note rose by 2.69 basis points to 4.0862%. It has increased a total of 14.88 basis points over the past three trading days and has remained high since 24:00 Beijing time on Monday. The yield on the 2-year U.S. Treasury note increased by 2.49 basis points to 4.0843%; the 30-year U.S. Treasury yield rose by 1.09 basis points to 4.7175%. The 2/10-year Treasury yield spread decreased by 0.811 basis points to +54.110 basis points. The yield on the 10-year Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS) increased by 3.53 basis points to 1.7864%; the 2-year TIPS yield rose by 2.24 basis points to 0.63%; the 30-year TIPS yield increased by 2.41 basis points to 2.5008%.
