House Practice: Pulling the Heel and Raising Qi Gong
【Simple and Effective for Strengthening Essence and Yang】

First do a preparatory warm-up (shake your body), then you can start pulling the heel and raising qi.

When inhaling to about 70%, begin to clench your fists, and as you clench your fists, start to raise your heels. When exhaling, your heels begin to land, and both fists relax simultaneously, returning to the original state. Repeat six times; doing more is better.

Two details:

1. When inhaling, gently lift the Gu Dao, which means contracting the anus; when exhaling, relax.
2. Try to breathe through your nose for both inhalation and exhalation, because the nose and lungs are connected, which helps to expel old air and absorb fresh air.
